This is the Elbow Clip for the Ultra Mirage and Ultra Mirage II CPAP masks from ResMed. Even though the Mirage is a full face mask and the Ultra Mirage
II is a nasal, both masks use the same elbow clip to attach the cushion to the frame, making this item compatible with both masks in the Ultra Mirage series.
To use, simply fasten the nasal mask clip to the frame of your Ultra Mirage using the intuitive clips attached on each end of the item.
