The headgear clips come in a pack of two (one for each side). The clips attach to the headgear wrap and are clipped into the port near the mask's frame.

To attach the clips, simply weave the headgear strap through the closed hole of the clip in a loop.
Then, attach the clip to the clip port near the outer membrane of the mask.
