The Barrel Cozy makes it much more comfortable on your upper lip. This is padded on the underside and insulates to prevent condensation that may form in the barrel. It does not interfere with the nasal pillows fit. The nasal pillows pull through holes in the Barrel Cozy. This wraps around the barrel and is secured by velcro. It is designed to avoid the vents on the mask. The installation instructions are included in the package.
