My order was delivered very swiftly and was well packaged. The battery was described as "lightly used" and I feel that was absolutely accurate. I was pleased that it was already charged and the box contained everything I need. I quickly worked out how the battery is designed to be used (in line with the CPAP machine and plugged in all the time as a backup) which was fine although I don't intend to use it that way for now. Overall l am very happy with my purchase from you so far. I have not yet had the need to use the battery to power my CPAP machine overnight as yet. I do intend to try it out however in order to ensure it does the job I am expecting when I need it to. As a CPAP user for 20 years I find I cannot now sleep well without it. Thus a battery backup to cope with a domestic power outage is really essential for me. I am pleased therefore to have found your elegant and sensibly priced solution. Thank you and kind regards.

I would like to thank you for your wonderful battery. It travelled to Nova Scotia and was more than appreciated when we were hit by Hurricane Dorian on Cap Breton. We had to use it for two nights running, charging it in the community centre in Dartmouth, Halifax on the second afternoon as most of Nova Scotia seemed to be without electricity for several days.Used it also on the aeroplane, being so compact it sat quite easily next to my machine on the tiny pull down table. Once again without this amazing battery, I really would have been in a terrible state, it was a God send, and the best ever item we have hired. Will be coming back to you again.

Hired battery pack so I could use CPAP on long haul flight as airline could not guarantee I would have access to power. No problems taking or using equipment on flight and being able to sleep properly during flight made a huge difference to how I felt on arrival. The process of renting the battery was simple, was given advice on which equipment best suited my needs, equipment arrived on time fully charged and ready to go. Excellent service.
