This is a replacement part for the EasyFit SilkGel Nasal CPAP Mask.
As shown in the picture above it is the strap that goes on top of the EasyFit so you can anchor your CPAP tube to the top of your head.
A lot of customers find that it is easier to sleep from side to side when your CPAP tube is drawn away from either side and strapped into your mask on your head.
